Can I bring a friend to the club to work out with me?
- Yes, Anytime Fitness welcomes your friends and family to
try out our club DURING
STAFFED HOURS. Please call ahead. A guest may use our facility
with a guest pass, DURING
STAFFED HOURS. You may pick up a guest pass
at the club,DURING
STAFFED HOURS. Non-members are
welcome to use the club without a membership, but
must pay a $10 guest fee AFTER
STAFFED HOURS. . All guests must bring a valid
State
Driver's License / ID.
What if I need
help getting started with my fitness program?
- Every new member is assigned an FREE orientation with a personal
trainer. This orientation session is designed to orient you to the
club and the equipment. We will be able to provide you with
general information about the equipment, how to use it safely and
what equipment will best fit your needs. Beyond that we recommend
working one-on-one with a personal trainer to really focus on you and your unique
fitness goals. The trainers are experienced and WILL GET
YOU RESULTS! You will find that you will reach your goals quicker and
more effectively with our trainers assistance. We are truly here to help you
achieve your goals, and will go out of our way to accommodate you!
What should I
bring with me to workout?
- We provide changing rooms, showers,
hairdryers, and cubby lockers to store your belongings. You should
bring your own towel and any other toiletries necessary. Leave your
valuables at home.
What are my options for paying my monthly dues?
- For your convenience, Anytime Fitness will electronically deduct
(EFT) your monthly dues from either your checking, savings account or credit
card account. you may also choose to buy a pre-paid membership
(which typically qualifies you for a nice discount). We accept all
major credit cards.
I've lost my
membership keycard. How do I get it replaced? How much will that cost?
- There is a small fee for lost/stolen cards. Simply stop by the
office and we'll be happy to replace it for you. It is important
that you report lost or stolen cards IMMEDIATELY!!
I will be unable
to use my membership for a month. How can I put my membership on
"hold"?
- You may "freeze" your membership at any time for up to 3 months
once each year. After the 3rd month, your membership will
automatically reactivate. You will need to visit the club or call
ABC Financial in order to "freeze" your membership. During the
time your membership is "frozen," you will be required to continue
to make payments. Time will be added to the end of your membership
so no time is lost! You may contact ABC at 888-827-9262 (opt.
1).
